We want our customers to understand our process and how we work. Answers to our most frequently asked questions are below but please feel free to contact us for more information.
Our process starts with you, our customer requesting one of our FREE estimates. We will either schedule a time to go over the job with you or set up a time that we can review the work on our own and leave you an estimate. Once you accept the estimate you call us and send in a signed image/copy of your estimate. We then will put you on the waiting list for work. It may be a few weeks depending on how busy we are at any point in the year and the weather, but we do try to give you a minimum of 3 days’ notice that we would like to come out to complete your job. You do not have to worry about paying our crews that day as the office will send you an invoice either by mail or email— whatever is your preference!
After your service is complete the office will send you an invoice in the mail. You can pay by check, cash, debit, or credit cards, though the credit card companies do add a 3.5% service fee to your invoice. If you would like to pay your invoice in cash, just contact the office and schedule a time for a representative to come out and pick it up from you! After your invoice is paid just keep us in mind for your next project or tell your neighbors!
The first thing would be to make sure that our crews can access the location of the tree that needs service. Are there any locked gates or cars in the driveway that should be parked away from the worksite? Are there toys, lawn ornaments, lawn furniture, or flowerpots around that can move to a safe place? It is best if you move them into a safe place to ensure their safety. We try our best to protect your property, but it is best if you help us help you!
The next thing you should do to prepare is to make sure that if you have a pool— a temporary cover should be placed on it to prevent any debris from inadvertently invading your pool. Covering your pool will protect your pool liner if it has one and the filter from having to work overtime to keep your pool clean.
Another thing that you should do is make sure all underground pipes, wires, and utilities are indicated by yourself or Pennsylvania One Call (811) before we arrive at your property. PA One Call is a free service that will save you a lot of headaches if any underground lines are running near the worksite!
The last thing that you should do is make sure everyone in your house is aware of the date, time, and what work is going to occur. If you are on friendly terms with your neighbors, it may be a good idea to let them know as well.
Tree work, if it is preformed correctly, can be accomplished any time of the year. If our estimator thinks that it may be best to wait for any specific time of the year, they will let you know! They have over 20 years of experience so they would know how to best service your trees! Our crews also can tell if there is dead wood amongst the live wood even if there are no leaves on the trees!
If we are experiencing any weather delays, we will call you to reschedule! We do bring plywood and matts out to prevent our equipment from damaging your property. We strive to leave your property in the best condition possible after your tree service!

My parents had a huge tree come down. today after the crazy storm we had. Arrow had a crane in the driveway within 1 hour of the call being placed, to remove part of the tree that fell on the neighbor’s house! I had a tree branch come down on my powerlines in a storm. I called Arrow Tree Service and had a fast response time to take care of my situation. I also used them to take down 24 trees on my property. prices are fair and the crew was very professional.

Well Oiled Machine
Just used their services and highly recommend them. They have a crew that is like a “well-oiled” machine. They do it all; from felling trees, leaning out brush, stump grinding and everything else we asked them to do. They were so easy to work with and, above all, their price was reasonable.
